At Generational Healing, our focus is on coaching parents to create healthy bonding and intimacy within the family. Each family has different needs and time frames.

To get started on your path towards emotional intelligence, please use our contact form to set up an initial interview.  Based on her years of experience, Hilde will design a healing plan for you and match you with the Generational Healing Coach who best matches your needs.

You may download and complete our Family History Questionnaire to prepare best for this initial interview or write one page about the reason for contacting us, enough specifics on the present unresolved issues and your goals. This is also preparation for a 2-Day Family Healing Intensive at your home, our most effective jump-start program for families.

During the 4-session course you can make friends with other parents and join the “buddy program” for support and accountability. After the program you can stay in a small support group for deeper understanding and ongoing coaching.
